Our Approach and Materials:
Advanced Dimensional Management's leading-edge courses, books,
and training materials represent the latest thinking on GD&T,
Tolerance Stackup, Tolerance Analysis, Functional Dimensioning and
Tolerancing and Dimensional Management. Our courses and materials
are based on many years hands-on experience in design, engineering,
manufacturing, assembly, and inspection environments, and we take
a balanced, rational approach to the needs of our clients. Our
materials and explanations are mathematically rigorous, yet they
are presented in simple terms that are easy to understand. Our
training courses are coordinated - the content of each course augments
and reinforces the other courses. That is why our training series
are so popular.
Core Competency Training Series:
- Level 1 GD&T Course
- Level 2 GD&T with Applications Course
- Level 1 Tolerance Analysis Course
- ASME Y14.41:Advanced Applications of Soild Modeling & GD&T
Using 3D Soild Models as Design Deliverables
Based on Bryan's Latest Book, "The Drawing Requirements Manual", 11th Ed.

We offer the finest GD&T, Tolerance Stackup and
Dimensional Management training available.
Our books on GD&T, Tolerance Stackup and Tolerance
Analysis are unparalleled. See our Books and Materials
Page for more information. Our Tolerance Stackup Software
(Tolerance Stackup Software Toolset) is coordinated with our
Tolerance Analysis training and is used in our Tolerance Stackup
and Analysis training courses. Bryan's book on Tolerancing and
Tolerance Analysis, "Mechanical Tolerance Stackup and Analysis",
is the preeminent title on the subject, and it presents the
Advanced Dimensional Management Method in great detail. "The
Journeyman's Guide to Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing" is
the finest GD&T reference available, and it is the basis for
our GD&T Training Courses.
We want to help you understand your dimensioning and tolerancing
challenges, to understand how your dimensioning and tolerancing
challenges affect your quality and profits, and to help you, your
organization, your clients and suppliers optimize your processes
to achieve the highest quality and highest profits possible. We
view Dimensioning and Tolerancing with a Dimensional Management/Concurrent
Engineering mindset. The entire enterprise, customers and suppliers,
internal and external, all must be considered when optimizing your
Dimensioning and Tolerancing specifications and solving your
Dimensioning and Tolerancing problems.
Our goal is simple - to help you improve your bottom line.
Who We Are:
Welcome to Advanced Dimensional Management LLC, the worldwide leaders in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), Plus and Minus Dimensioning and Tolerancing, Tolerance Stackup, Tolerance Analysis and Dimensional Management Training and Consulting. We are ASME Certified Senior Level GD&T Professionals, focused on bringing your staff to a higher level of capability. Our expertise includes ASME and ISO standards and practices, and we are experts in all Engineering Drawing and CAD standards.
Bryan R. Fischer, President of Advanced Dimensional Management LLC, is a leading authority and has written extensively on GD&T, Tolerance Analysis, Engineering Standards, Design and related subjects. His book "Mechanical Tolerance Stackup & Analysis" was published in 2004, and is the leading reference available on Tolerancing and Tolerance Analysis. He is a member of several national engineering standards committees, dealing with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), the Y14.5, Y14.43 & Y14.100 standards and other related subjects. He is proud to be a part of these efforts, helping to develop and improve the next generation of these important national standards. He is active in the development and implementation of corporate engineering, drawing, CAD and digital modeling standards, assisting companies to develop standards and methods for their own specific needs. He is an Adjunct Professor at the Oregon Institute of Technology and an ASME Certified Senior Level GD&T Professional. Bryan’s latest book project covers 3D Digital Modeling (ASME Y14.41 "Digital Product Definition Data Practices").
Our Experience:
Our experience is varied, ranging from one-of-a-kind development
parts to high-volume, mass-produced parts, in quantities of up to
millions of parts per year. We have experience working in many
industries with many processes, both manual and automated (CNC),
including machining, casting, forging, injection-molding, stamping,
forging, and many others. We have experience with many different
product and part types, including extensive experience with flexible
(non-rigid) and rigid parts and assemblies. We are comfortable
working with very small parts and very large parts - our clients'
products run the gamut from parts you can barely see to parts that
are so large they must be hoisted by a crane.
We offer our services throughout the country and around the world.
We routinely work with engineering, design, inspection,
quality, manufacturing and assembly staff, suppliers and
customers, ensuring that everyone understands with the
specifications. Let us help you increase your productivity,
optimize your processes, reduce your cycle time and increase
your quality.
Advanced Dimensional Management LLC has helped many companies to
become more successful by improving their product definition and
optimizing their dimensioning and tolerancing practices. Call us
today to discuss how we can help you and your company achieve
these important goals.
