We are proud to present the latest versions of our Tolerance Stackup Software
Toolset. Many of the leading companies in the world use our Tolerance Analysis
methods and our Tolerance Analysis software.
The Toolset is a set of Microsoft Excel®-based Spreadsheet Tools customized
for solving Mechanical Tolerance Analysis and Tolerance Stackup problems.
We offer versions of the Toolset for use with GD&T-based designs, and versions
for use with Plus and Minus Tolerancing. Each version of the Toolset now
includes files that are optimized for Excel 2007 and for Excel 2003 and earlier.
These easy-to-use Tolerance Analysis Tools are flexible and very powerful
decision making aids, and are excellent Tools for communicating the results
of a Tolerance Stackup to others. Results are presented in a standardized,
easy-to-read Tolerance Stackup Report Format. Each of the Tools comes with a
set of instructions. A custom Tolerance Analysis menu and macros are included
in the Toolset, offering more tools to streamline the Tolerance Analysis process.

Floating and Fixed Fastener Analytical Tools:
Fixed & Floating Fastener calculations are used to determine the
functionality, mating, and fit requirements between holes, pins, shafts,
fasteners, screws, keys, keyways, etc., and to calculate the allowable
location tolerance for the features.
Our Floating Fastener and Fixed Fastener Analytical Tools are powerful
and easy-to-use, and allow you to quickly and easily solve these important
formulas for any variable. There are two versions of these tools available:
A version for GD&T and a version for Plus and Minus (+/-).

Fixed Fastener Tool: GD&T
The Fixed Fastener Tool solves the Fixed Fastener Formula for any of the four variables in the Fixed Fastener Equation. In addition, the reporting format is laid out with two optional methods on the same page: on the upper half of the report is the solution for the traditional Fixed Fastener Equation, on the lower half of the report is the solution for determining the equivalent requirements if a Projected Tolerance Zone is Not Specified.

The Floating Fastener Tool solves the Floating Fastener Formula for any of the three variables in the Floating Fastener Equation. This Tool is adapted from the GD&T-based Tool, and includes an extra step not required in the GD&T-based Tool.

Fixed Fastener Tool: +/-
The Fixed Fastener Tool solves the Fixed Fastener Formula for any of the four variables in the Fixed Fastener Equation. This Tool is adapted from the GD&T-based Tool, and includes two extra steps not required in the GD&T-based Tool. This Tool does not address Projected Tolerance Zones, as they may only be clearly defined using GD&T.

Our Standard Tolerance Stackup Reporting Tool is a very versatile and powerful
Tolerance Analysis tool. It is easy to use and presents the data in an
easy-to-read format.
Worst-case. Root-Sum-Square (RSS) and Adjusted RSS solutions are built-into
the report format, which makes it easy to compare the results of each method.

Complimentary software upgrades are included for one-year from date of purchase. New optional macros and menus have been added to the Standard Tolerance Stackup Reporting Tool to improve ease of use and functionality. Several statistical issues are also addressed by the code embedded in the spreadsheet. VBA versions of the Fixed & Floating Fastener Tools have been added to enable spell check and other improvements. Simple instructions are included with the Toolset.

The Fixed and Floating Fastener Tools without Visual Basic and the Standard Tolerance Stackup Reporting Tool without Visual Basic will run on a Macintosh™. The macros in the Fixed and Floating Fastener Tools with Visual Basic and the Standard Tolerance Stackup Reporting Tool with Visual Basic will not currently run on a Macintosh™.
