Advanced Dimensional Management LLC's Level 2 GD&T & Applications Seminar. Our seminars are open to the general public and available on a first-come-first-served basis.

This seminar is a follow-up to our Level 1 GD&T Seminar.   The Level 2 GD&T Advanced Applications seminar continues and expands upon the Level 1 GD&T Seminar, covering a broad range of topics, expanding coverage and offering more in-depth explanations of GD&T and its ramifications in the workplace and in the supply chain. Advanced concepts, deeper explanation of key topics, applications exercises and calculations are performed individually and in teams.  Reinforces fundamentals, discusses pros and cons of alternate strategies and their effects on downstream processes, and provides many applications-based exercises where the students apply what they have learned.  This seminar addresses the consequences of various GD&T strategies on your products on your business. Application and implications of Functional Dimensioning and Tolerancing schemes on mating parts in assemblies are emphasized throughout this course.  The primary emphasis of this seminar is to help students learn how to apply GD&T to mating parts, understand the pros and cons of various approaches, gain experience working with more advanced applications, and understanding the implications of the GD&T specifications on function, manufacturing, inspection, quality, and serviceability.  This seminar includes many calculations and is a lead-in for our Level 1 Tolerance Analysis seminar.
